Part-Time Facilities Project Manager

SE Works, INC is seeking a temporary, part-time Facilities Project Manager to support short-term facilities-related projects. This role will focus on coordinating, tracking, and supporting facilities projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple facilities projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications
Project coordination, management and tracking
Support planning, coordination, and execution of facilities-related projects
Serve as a point of contact for facilities related project coordination
Schedule meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs
Support staff communication related to project timelines and impacts
Help ensure projects minimize disruption to program operations
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Assist with space planning, office moves, build outs
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal staff
Monitor project progress and flag risks or delays

Required

Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within a facilities environment
Strong knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar tools
Experience in construction estimating, contracts management, and project scheduling is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills
Effective communication skills for coordinating between teams and stakeholders
Experience in project management (facilities, operations, construction, or similar)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, documents)
Experience with facilities projects, office moves, or space planning
Familiarity working with contractors or vendors
Experience in a nonprofit, public sector, or community-based setting

Preferred

Prior work involving construction site supervision or civil engineering projects
