Chief Financial Officer
The company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic and operational finance leader responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health and long-term financial strategy. The CFO will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive sustainable growth and manage financial operations effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy, aligning capital allocation, budgeting, and forecasting with corporate objectives
Oversee all core finance functions, including FP&A, accounting, controllership, treasury, tax, audit, and financial reporting
Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team on growth initiatives, investments, M&A, pricing, and cost optimization
Own the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accuracy, rigor, and alignment with business strategy
Deliver clear, timely, and actionable financial reporting to executive leadership, investors, and the Board of Directors
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure to support operational needs and strategic initiatives
Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
Lead relationships with external partners including auditors, banks, investors, legal advisors, and tax authorities
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance organization, fostering accountability, business partnership, and analytical excellence
Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and enterprise-level risks, and develop contingency and scenario plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for corporate finance or FP&A
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide financial strategy, planning, and reporting
Strong command of GAAP, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic decision-making
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential
Prior experience as a CFO or VP of Finance within a growth-stage, mid-market, or enterprise organization
Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or private equity–backed environments
Track record of leading financial transformations, system implementations, or M&A activity
Industry experience relevant to technology, SaaS, services, or complex operating models
