Lead, motivate, and mentor your team
Monitor daily operations to ensure a fun team culture, while providing exceptional client experiences
Uphold SportClips values
Create weekly scheduling, including daily floor management
Personal time management and communication
Consistent team development to maintain service expectations
Collaborate with your Area Manager to meet and exceed store level goals
Qualification
Required
Valid New Mexico cosmetology or barber license
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Proficiency in managing schedules and inventory
A passion for the industry
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Preferred
Experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the industry preferred
