They are seeking a Business Development Associate to assist with sales operations, outreach, and lead continuity, focusing on organization and follow-through rather than high-pressure closing.

Responsibilities
Execute constrained cold and warm LinkedIn outreach using approved messaging and sequences
Capture inbound and outbound leads and ensure they are properly logged, tagged, and staged in HubSpot
Own early-stage lead follow-up and light nurturing (e.g., timely follow-ups, reminders, sequencing) to ensure no qualified lead goes cold
Track and flag relevant job postings, hiring signals, and partnership opportunities
Support campaign research, prospect list building, and follow-ups
Maintain strict CRM discipline and outreach hygiene (accurate statuses, notes, tasks, and next steps)
Track active opportunities across enterprise accounts and surface risks, delays, or stalled conversations
Ensure no warm lead or introduction goes cold due to admin or follow-up drift
Schedule discovery calls and manage post-call follow-ups
Coordinate calendars across time zones and multiple stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written English
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
Comfort with LinkedIn outreach and sales support workflows
Reliable follow-through and a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and surface issues early
Ability to be highly responsive during EST working hours
