Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and growing both new and existing women’s wholesale accounts in the USA, across RTW, Accessories and Swim divisions

Perform weekly, monthly and end of season sales analysis for all domestic sales, with comprehensive financial understanding of the business

Drive in season business through reorder replenishment and proactively identifying sales opportunities, create strategy with other team members to foster revenue growth in season

Travel and spend regular time in stores to provide product knowledge clinics, selling events and to gain a clear overview of the business potential per market. Work closely with individuals on the sales team to foster event business and support our retailers

Target new business, analyze brand adjacency and positioning, and survey the general market for additional wholesale opportunities and enforce company policies on markdowns, promotions and store placement

Generate seasonal and monthly sales targets for the sales team and drive home company strategies and revenue targets

Responsible for preparing for market and selling the collections in New York, Regional markets will be layered in where applicable to the business

Responsible for ensuring the team is entering and reviewing orders ensuring strong classification coverage and brand representation per door

Negotiate terms and financial agreements with respective accounts

Maintain the highest degree of client service; serve as a brand ambassador
