Responsibilities

Support the implementation of new or improved learning technologies for content development and delivery

Help refine training processes to support flexible, role-specific learning requirements

Assist in streamlining and standardizing the administrative side of training, improving efficiency and consistency

Collaborate on initiatives focused on enhancing the learner experience, including the user interface, communication methods, training volume, and timing of assignments

Required

Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Instructional Design, Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Education Technology, or a related field is highly desirable

Strong interest in corporate training, learning technology, or process improvement

Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and summarize key takeaways

Eagerness to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing independent tasks

Open to learning new systems, tools, and workflows in a professional setting

Proactive and curious mindset; comfortable asking questions and offering ideas
