Inside Sales Representative - Early Education

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and growing revenue with both new and existing customers in the early childhood education sector.
Responsibilities
Identify and win new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic sales efforts focused on early education, multi-segment customers
Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers and create tailored growth strategies for existing accounts
Make outbound calls and connect with key decision-makers in the early childhood education space
Surpass sales targets by consistently exceeding daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly activity benchmarks
Champion our innovative products and solutions, helping educators and childcare providers bring learning to life
Qualification
Required
2+ years of proven sales success in Early Childhood Education
3+ years of Inside Sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals
A passion for business development, from uncovering leads to closing deals
A high-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset —you thrive in a fast-paced environment!
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills —you know how to connect and engage with customers
A team-player attitude —you enjoy collaborating and celebrating wins together
Preferred
Teaching experience a plus
