Account Executive
SideShift is the leading UGC Creator Marketplace, connecting brands of all sizes with diverse creators to deliver authentic, impactful content. In this role, the Account Executive will engage with prospective clients and existing partners, build and maintain long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales process.

Qualification
Required
Proficient in prospecting, cold outreach, and account management
Strong sales skills with experience in pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client relationship building
Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
Results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
Preferred
Experience in digital or influencer marketing is a plus
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software is advantageous
