Responsibilities

Develop and manage full-funnel paid media strategies aligned to client growth objectives
Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic tools
Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
Partner with strategists and creatives to align messaging, offers, and landing pages
Continuously test audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and formats
Translate performance data into clear insights and client-ready recommendations
Stay ahead of platform changes, AI-driven media tools, and attribution trends
Support client updates and weekly reporting with accurate, on‑time inputs; explain results and next steps in plain language tied to goals
Execute approved changes (e.g., promo, budget, pacing) within guardrails; escalate when trade‑offs are needed
Monitor performance daily/weekly; build accurate recurring reports; run basic A/Bs with predefined success criteria and a simple read cadence; keep budgets and pacing healthy
Maintain data quality using checklists (pixel basics, event checks, UTMs/GA4 alignment); partner with Analytics to validate reads and resolve anomalies
Manage a clear work queue; deliver on time; reduce rework and non‑converting spend (e.g., limit creative fatigue, de‑dupe overlapping audiences, avoid learning‑phase resets); close the loop with documented learnings

Required

5+ years managing paid media campaigns with meaningful budget ownership
Proven ability to tie media performance to pipeline, revenue, or qualified leads
Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards, attribution, and reporting
Experience with B2B, financial services, fintech, or professional services is a plus
Clear communicator who can explain complex performance drivers simply

Preferred

Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools
Familiarity with AI-assisted campaign optimization and creative testing
Agency experience managing a minimum of $50,000 in media per month
