Facilitate project meetings and Agile ceremonies
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project outcomes

Must have permanent work authorization in the U.S
Must be willing to work on a W2 basis
No C2C or third-party candidates
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite in Newark, NJ
Experience in the investment industry, preferably with ETFs
Proven background in project management and business analysis
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
