Responsibilities
Help build and manage outbound lead lists (via LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.)
Write and test cold email and LinkedIn message sequences
Support account-based outreach campaigns targeting tech and AI companies
Track outreach performance and improve reply/conversion rates
Organize and maintain CRM or lead tracking tools
Research target industries, job titles, and company profiles for personalization
Report weekly metrics
Qualification
Required
Interest in B2B marketing, lead gen, and outbound growth
Strong written communication skills
Can follow systems but also suggest improvements
Available for at least 15 hours/week
Preferred
Experience with cold outreach (email or LinkedIn)
Understanding of B2B funnels or ABM
Interest in AI and tech
