Responsibilities
Proctor exams by actively monitoring candidate activity
Perform check-in process for candidates
Answer testing center phone and email
Represent CEI and exam sponsors in a professional manner
Present a calm presence in a highly stressful environment
Assist candidates with exam registration
Open and/or close the Testing Center as needed
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalency
Incumbent must reside in Idaho (Currently CEI doesn't sponsor H-1B Visas)
Preferred
Previous experience in an education environment, with experience in a post-secondary education environment preferred
Administering online and paper exams at either the secondary or post-secondary level
Knowledge of Idaho post-secondary education policies and procedures such as FERPA
Ability to multi-task in potentially high stress situations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of basic computer software and programs
One year experience working in a post-secondary education environment
Bilingual (Spanish)
