Project Coordinator Intern

Responsibilities
Provides quality customer service to internal and external customers daily via telephone, email, text and in-person communication
Support the project coordinator Retail and Trade teams to provide exceptional support and project updates to our customers in the following potential areas:
Product delivery
Product availability
Scheduling coordination
Homeowner follow-up communication
Assist in researching open receivables status and supporting the team in collecting receivables
Validate product is available and received prior to installation and delivery
Special projects and other duties as assigned and based on business necessity
Deliver product to customer job sites as needed
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be actively enrolled in a degree program
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
Customer Focused
Strong Computer aptitude
Positive Energy & Team Work Mentality
Results Orientated, Goal Driven & Self Motivated
Preferred
Experience working with a highly technical product is desirable
Customer service or general business/administrative experience preferred
