The role involves managing loan files from application to funding with accuracy and efficiency while providing direct support for loan applications and processing lending transactions for members.

Responsibilities
Provides direct support for both online/mobile, telephone, and Branch Network loan applications
Process lending transactions for members including such functions as processing loan documents, assisting with opening of loan and banking accounts, issuing checks, and process title loan title work, if applicable
Provides members services by contacting members with updates on pending loan applications from time of approval, through loan closing, after funding, and until title has been perfected, if applicable
Responsible for the review of loan supporting documents to ensure accuracy, and completion, of documents before proceeding with the loan closing
Responsible for following up on collateralized titles to ensure that SCU lien is placed properly and within specific lending guideline timeframes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Experience working within a financial institution
Personal computer experience to include Microsoft Windows applications
