Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
Manage invoices, payments, collections, and AIA billing, including subcontractor compliance, lien waivers, and prevailing wage documentation
Track job costs, monitor budgets, and prepare WIP schedules to provide accurate reporting for project managers
Act as a power user of Acumatica ERP and Procore, driving workflow improvements, reporting, and integrations
Partner with project teams to align financials with operations and prepare reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Up to 5 years of accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Familiarity with construction industry accounting practices
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Construction accounting, AIA billing, or project accounting experience
Prior experience in Acumatica ERP and Procore
