Responsibilities
Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling processes
Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance management against key business metrics
Partner with executive leadership and functional leaders to provide strategic financial insights, scenario analysis, and decision support
Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and expense controls to support operational and growth objectives
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data, reporting, and dashboards
Support corporate initiatives such as pricing strategy, investment evaluation, and business case development
Oversee accounting coordination, audit readiness, and adherence to GAAP and internal financial policies (may manage or partner with Controller/Accounting team)
Drive improvements in financial systems, models, and processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and business partnership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance roles
Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis at an organizational level
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and internal controls
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential
Prior experience in a Director-level finance role within a growth-stage or mid-market organization
Experience with ERP systems and FP&A tools (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive, Anaplan)
Background supporting executive leadership, board reporting, or investor-facing deliverables
Industry experience in technology, SaaS, professional services, or other data-driven business models
