Responsibilities

Coach & Empower IT Team Leads to run stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management with confidence
Remove Roadblocks by teaching leaders how to spot and eliminate impediments fast
Optimize Workflow through smart use of Jira, ServiceNow, and Kanban practices like WIP limits and visualized workflows
Drive Continuous Improvement by fostering collaboration, accountability, and self-organization across teams
Build Alignment with IT leadership priorities to ensure every sprint delivers real value

Required

5+ years working with Agile teams
Deep knowledge of Scrum & Kanban principles
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Servant leadership mindset with excellent communication
Proficiency in Atlassian Suite, ServiceNow, MS Teams, and Office365
Agile Certification required (Scrum Master minimum)
