Responsibilities
Develop program structure for M&A integration activities across several functions on behalf of the IMO
Develop project plans for each workstream, along with weekly/monthly status reporting
Daily, hands-on program management throughout the program life cycle for all workstreams
Document program and project deliverables utilizing PMI, PMP methodology
Plan and monitor the progress of complex programs and multiple workstreams
Integrate business policies and governance processes into planning and accountability for project roadmaps and strategy
Establish risk management, escalation paths, and take corrective measurements
Build and manage budget, actuals and forecast for the merger integration program
Schedule, facilitate and lead program and project workstream meetings
Create and manage stakeholders’ communication at all levels of the organization
Identify and report program KPIs to assess impact
Coordinate, manage and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams
Provide and perform quality assurance checks on project artifacts and deliverables
Align deliverables (outputs) to the program/project workstream’s 'outcome'
Own overall integrated project plan and support cross-functional resources, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and achievement of business goal
Consistently exercise informed judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Qualification
Required

Experience in M&A integration program management
Ability to manage integrations across several functional areas
Strategic planning and coordination skills
Experience in facilitating and overseeing the successful delivery of multiple program deliverables
Ability to establish and maintain relevant systems, strategy, documentation, reports, and processes
Experience in developing project plans and status reporting
Hands-on program management experience throughout the program life cycle
Knowledge of PMI, PMP methodology for documenting program and project deliverables
Ability to plan and monitor the progress of complex programs and multiple workstreams
Experience in integrating business policies and governance processes into planning
Risk management and escalation path establishment skills
Experience in budget management for merger integration programs
Ability to schedule, facilitate, and lead program and project workstream meetings
Experience in stakeholder communication at all levels of the organization
Ability to identify and report program KPIs
