Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for turning sales plans into execution, managing systems, timelines, and coordination to support retail reviews, product launches, and ongoing account activity.

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain sales presentations, line review decks, and account materials
Manage retailer and distributor submissions, including portals, forms, and item setup
Coordinate product samples, shipments, and review timelines
Own the sales calendar, including reviews, launches, promotions, and key deadlines
Track open action items and ensure timely follow-up and completion
Coordinate with brokers and external partners on meetings, materials, and follow-ups
Maintain promotional calendars and review scan-backs or deductions for issues
Support product launches across brands and channels in coordination with internal teams
Assist with international execution by tracking regulatory documents, artwork submissions, and distributor requirements
Attend trade shows and support business development efforts, including lead tracking and follow-up
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing, sales coordination, or a related role
Experience working with CPG brands; beauty or personal care experience is a plus
Familiarity with retailer, broker, or distributor sales environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides)
Preferred
Experience working with CRM systems, Fishbowl, and Airtable is a plus
