Business Development Manager
ClearBridge Technology Group is a national technology consulting, staffing, and services company. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales to Fortune 1000 companies in technology staffing and consulting services, focusing on building relationships and closing business.

Responsibilities
Researching accounts and building relationships with technology & business leaders ranging from Managers through CXO’s
Utilize various techniques including cold calling, client meetings, client entertainment, joining professional organizations, and other methods to build relationships and close business across fortune 1000 accounts
Identify opportunities, build relationships, set appointments, and close business
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience selling technology services
Prior high volume cold calling experience
Experience in technology staffing and consulting services; a strong background as a stock broker, insurance sales, or other sales role that requires high volume cold calling & relationship selling will suffice
Relevant sales experience in a high volume inside/outside sales role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships with decision maker's (i.e. CXO level, EVP, VP, Director, IT managers)
Ability to work cross functionally and utilize various resources (both internally & externally)
Experience using CRM systems & Computer applications
College Degree (BS/BA)
