The Owner Rental Coordinator is responsible for managing the owner rental program, including statistical reporting and maintaining relationships with various departments and vendors.

Travel

Responsibilities

Input owner calendars and make owner reservations
Property checks upon guest and owner arrival and departure
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance vendors, and owners for upkeep and repairs
Work closely with Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure condos operate at top performance level
Update unit statistics and inventory photos annually
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain updated information on Stratton's website regarding condos in the program
Maintain and update unit features in HOST
Accurately maintain condo reports and records
Assist the ORM manager when needed
Additional tasks as assigned

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma, or equivalent
Strong computer literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred

Previous lodging, resort, or hospitality experience
