10+ years expQcells North America is seeking an experienced executive to lead the TPO and loan products business lines at EnFin. The Sr Director, Financial Products & Strategy will be responsible for the growth and profitability of these financial products, overseeing pricing, product creation, and new market entry while managing a team.
Responsibilities
Lead our lease pricing group
Laison between capital markets and the business
Create new financial products that allow us to compete on things other than price
Develop and launch our prepaid offer and prepaid + loan combination products
Creating new financing concepts and entering new sectors
Leading new market entry, including pricing, licensing, contract development
New sector entry, such as channels and new homes
This role will involve managing a team
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years in corporate strategy, operation, or corporate development role
Previous experience with lease pricing and tax equity structures
Previous experience managing people
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly
Experience and proficiency in creating high-quality presentations
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Ability to collaborate and work across multi-departments and business entities
Able to structure and present complex business matters effectively
Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player
Strong, self-motivated team player
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Willingness to travel, up to 20% of the time
Preferred
Minimum of 10 years in residential solar financing
Solar Industry experience (Renewable)
