Responsibilities

Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for business stakeholders

Ensure data integrity through audits, cleanups, and de-duplication processes

Provide user support , troubleshooting issues and managing ticket resolution

Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions

Analyze current business processes and propose Salesforce-driven solutions

Partner with business and system teams to resolve technical and functional issues

Assist with reporting and maintain process documentation

Support user onboarding, conduct training sessions, and encourage platform adoption

Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates and recommend feature enhancements

Qualification

Required

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce operational support

Salesforce Platform Administrator certification

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience with automating processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules

Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, TRIM, INDEX/MATCH)

Hybrid schedule required – candidates must be based in or willing to commute to one of the preferred locations: NY/NJ, Arlington VA, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles
