This senior leadership role partners closely with executive leadership, product management, and business stakeholders to ensure technology investments drive measurable business outcomes and support long-term growth.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all technology and engineering teams, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure systems
Translate business and product strategy into executable technology roadmaps, delivery plans, and resource models
Oversee software development, platform architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations (as applicable)
Establish and enforce engineering best practices, development standards, and technology governance
Partner closely with Product, Data, and Operations leaders to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs across teams
Drive system reliability, performance, uptime, and security across customer-facing and internal platforms
Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering leadership and teams
Lead technical planning for growth initiatives, integrations, and platform modernization efforts
Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring compliance with security and data protection requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology roles, including senior leadership responsibility
Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams and complex technology programs
Strong knowledge of modern software architectures, cloud infrastructure, and development methodologies
Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and translate strategy into execution
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA)
Prior experience as a VP of Technology, VP of Engineering, or similar role
Experience scaling technology organizations in high-growth or transformation environments
Deep understanding of DevOps, security, and platform reliability best practices
Industry experience in SaaS, technology platforms, or data-driven businesses
