The role involves providing administrative and project support while gaining hands-on experience in a healthcare environment, focusing on threat assessments and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities
Contributing to Threat Assessments and implementing mitigating measures when a person expresses an explicit threat to people or places within MaineHealth
Contributing to Risk Assessments and Risk Mitigation Plans for various physical locations
Assisting with data collection and creating measurement tools to reflect security program effectiveness
Program/project management of security related technical and/or capability improvements
Employing methods of Crime Prevention and Workplace Violvence Mitigation through Environmental Design and other industry practices
Other tasks in support of Threat Assessments, Workplace Violence Prevention and Security System improvements
Qualification
Preferred
Student who is currently enrolled in a two-year Associate's Degree program, Bachelor's Degree program, or graduate-level program preferred
