Account Executive

Gold Gate Capital is excited to add new talent to our roster! They are seeking a self-motivated and ambitious Account Executive to manage and oversee relationships with clients, support internal team members with IRA-related inquiries, and act as the point of contact for various sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking efforts
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on sales initiatives
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise
Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met
Building social media presence is a plus (not mandatory)
International relations and cross-functioning is a plus (not mandatory)

Required

Self-motivated and ambitious Account Executive able to manage and oversee relationships with clients
Experienced in sales and complex client rosters
Analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and networking efforts
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on sales initiatives
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise
Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Excellent ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing accounts effectively

Preferred

Building social media presence is a plus (not mandatory)
International relations and cross-functioning is a plus (not mandatory)
Experience in Precious Metals IRA sales (plus)
