Own the United States new business revenue number
Build, lead, and scale a team of AEs/BDMs and future SDRs
Convert inbound demand into revenue and build an outbound motion
Drive CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health
Coach, recruit, and develop elite sales performers
Support high-value enterprise sales opportunities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of B2B sales experience with 5+ years in leadership
Proven success building or transforming sales teams
Strong coaching, forecasting, and operational discipline
Enterprise-level sales ability
Preferred
Experience in services, outsourcing, staffing, or professional services
