Responsibilities
Underwrite, prepare financial models, and create pitch-books for new multifamily acquisitions
Assist and coordinate the due diligence process for new acquisitions
Coordinate and execute the distribution of quarterly investor reports
Assist in asset management of the existing multifamily portfolio
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Real Estate acquisitions, asset management or operations
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (must be comfortable with financial modeling) and file management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and never lose a file
Available for minimal travel
Preferred
Experience in Multifamily, Affordable Housing
