Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and train volunteers to participate in canvassing, phone banking, text outreach, and voter registration activities

Build relationships with local organizations, civic groups, and community leaders to expand the campaign’s visibility and influence

Plan and implement field strategies, including neighborhood canvasses, visibility events, and grassroots actions

Manage and execute direct voter contact efforts, ensuring data accuracy and effective message delivery

Organize rallies, town halls, trainings, and other events to engage supporters and the public

Maintain accurate records of contact, volunteer shifts, and voter interactions using campaign databases or CRM tools

Assist with social media outreach, digital organizing, and the creation of localized messaging materials

Work closely with campaign staff and partners to align field activities with overall strategic goals
