Intern- Cardiac Rehab
MaineHealth is the state of Maine’s largest employer, and they are seeking interns for their Cardiac Rehab department. Interns will assist in managing cardiac rehab patients and will be involved in various activities such as taking blood pressures and leading exercises.

Aiding in the intake and management of cardiac rehab patients
Taking resting and exercise blood pressures
Helping in exercise prescription and instruction
Leading group stretching and relaxation
Qualification
Required
Education: Student who is currently enrolled in a two-year Associate's Degree program, Bachelor's Degree program, or graduate-level program preferred
Preferred
Preference will be given to undergraduate seniors and graduate students pursuing exercise science, kinesiology, sports science, exercise physiology or other related majors
BLS/CPR certification is a plus, preferably through AHA
