Responsibilities

Oversees and assigns work for CSD Technicians engaged in cleaning, sterilizing, packaging and distributing patient care instruments and supplies and transportation aides
Assists with training and performs work of CSD Technician as needed

Qualification

Certified Registered Central Service TechnicianSterilization techniquesEquipment troubleshootingHigh school diplomaTraining skills

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required within one year of starting role
Three years of experience demonstrating knowledge and advanced skills in sterilization techniques and equipment troubleshooting required
