Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for the design, planning, and implementation of the Red Hat OpenShift platform
Evaluate new Kubernetes, Istio, OpenShift technologies, and automate these environments to support Developer Self-Service (DevOps) capabilities
Lead and mentor team members to enhance organizational maturity in these technology areas
Consult with development teams to ensure platform compatibility with business application requirements
Support and maintain network integrations between OpenShift and GTM, LTM, and DNS
Assist in certificate automation and cluster health management
Respond to customer inquiries and requests
Qualification
Required
Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux sysadmin, Networking/Firewalls, Load balancing (F5)
Ability to support network integrations and automation related to OpenShift environments
Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
