New Grad, Entry LevelAtlas Mfg. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join their team. In this role, you will ensure that products meet the highest quality standards through inspections, documentation, and collaboration with production teams.

Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
Document and report quality issues and non-conformances, collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions
Perform routine testing and analysis using various measurement tools and equipment
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics
Participate in internal audits and assist in external audits as required
Provide training and support to production staff on quality-related topics
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred
Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies
Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Associate degree in a related field
