Responsibilities

The configuration and deployment of TeleHealth equipment
Testing and validation of new technology and equipment with both TeleHealth and Collaboration Spaces
Extensive work with Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms
Installation of AV systems of varying sizes and complexity
Imaging, configuring and troubleshooting diagnostic workstations for radiology
Managing and troubleshooting hardware and software for clinical communication devices
Mobile Device Management
Printer Management
Exposure to Project Management and ITIL Methodology

Qualification

Required

Student who is currently enrolled in a two-year Associate's Degree program, Bachelor's Degree program, or graduate-level program preferred
