Responsibilities
Define and own the company’s product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
Lead the end-to-end product management function, including product discovery, prioritization, delivery, and lifecycle management
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate product strategy into high-quality, scalable, and timely product releases
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure strong go-to-market execution and customer adoption
Establish product management best practices, operating rhythms, and decision-making frameworks
Leverage customer insights, market research, and data analytics to inform product direction and investment decisions
Own prioritization trade-offs across features, technical investments, and strategic initiatives
Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product leaders and managers
Present product strategy, roadmap, and performance updates to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in product management, including senior leadership responsibility
Proven experience leading product strategy and execution for complex, scalable products
Strong ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints
Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, prioritization, and leadership skills
Preferred
MBA or other advanced degree
Prior experience as a VP of Product Management, Head of Product, or equivalent role
Experience in SaaS, technology platforms, or data-driven product environments
Strong background in product analytics, experimentation, and customer research
Track record of scaling products and product organizations through periods of growth or transformation
