Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business and technical requirements, with a focus on federal projects

Implement scripting solutions using client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow components

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions

Support integrations with third-party tools using SOAP/REST APIs, MID servers, and other integration patterns

Perform system enhancements, updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices

Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and platform capabilities and apply them effectively

Required

US Citizenship is contractually required for this role

FEMA Public Trust clearance is required. Candidates must currently hold this clearance or be eligible to obtain it

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer working with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM modules

Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, UI development, Service Portal, and integrations

Demonstrated ability to configure and maintain ServiceNow applications that are scalable, secure, and compliant with federal guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams

Preferred

ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) OR ServiceNow CSM certification is highly preferred

Federal project experience is highly preferred, with familiarity in compliance, security, and federal standards

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Familiarity with other ITSM tools or platforms

Additional ServiceNow certifications as required, such as the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other module-specific certifications
