Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based analytics workflows in Databricks
Build and run Monte Carlo simulations and statistical models for risk and scenario analysis
Perform exploratory data analysis and interpret results for stakeholders
Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights
Collaborate with data analytics leads and risk teams on requirements and deliverables
Document methodologies, assumptions, and results for traceability
Provide guidance on simulation methods, statistical modeling, and best practices
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards within tight time-frame
Qualification
Required
Hold 6-9 years of advanced Python development experience
Demonstrate strong expertise in Databricks for data processing, notebooks, and workflows
Possess solid background in statistics, including Monte Carlo simulation, stochastic modeling, and probability analysis
Show proficiency in data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Plotly, or Seaborn
Build and interpret simulation models to generate clear insights
Have intermediate experience with AI/ML solutions for model development or integration
Gain experience supporting risk analytics teams
Exhibit strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
Preferred
Familiarity with Oil & Gas operations or financial/risk modeling
