Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years GAAP accounting experience, including specific experience with financial reporting
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Motivation to learn, share ideas and embrace challenges
High proficiency using MS Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications

Preferred

Relevant banking or financial services accounting experience
Awareness of or experience with SQL and related applications such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power Query, Toad Data Point or Alteryx
Prior regulatory reporting experience (i.e. Call Report or SEC 10-Q/10-K)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), other public accounting or consulting experience
