Senior LevelMDA Edge is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to oversee M365 projects and provide technical guidance. The role involves designing, building, and deploying solutions using Microsoft 365 applications and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance on M365 projects (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Serve as the technical lead, ensuring high-quality delivery and resolving technical challenges
Mentor and support team members, encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing
Design and implement innovative M365 solutions aligned with business requirements
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions
Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely resolutions to keep projects on track
Identify risks or bottlenecks and provide proactive solutions
Qualification
Required
Must be available to work 100% onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (non-negotiable)
Strong experience designing, building, and deploying solutions using Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams)
Hands-on experience providing technical guidance for M365 projects, including SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Experience serving as a technical lead, overseeing project development and ensuring best practices
Proven ability to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable M365 solutions
