Qualification
Required
Java/J2EE, Struts, JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Deep understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented design principles (SOLID)
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
Experience with Hibernate, Spring, JQuery, and web services (SOAP, RESTful)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Maven, Ant)
Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in coding and design
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Take ownership of projects and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
