Responsibilities

Partner with Manufacturing Intelligence, Hardware, and Industrial IT engineers to deliver comprehensive projects that meet customer requirements

Engage with the customer to develop a complete understanding of their needs to support the deliverables

Participate in project engineering throughout the life cycle of projects, from definition to commissioning

Develop automation and human interface (PLC/HMI) code in a team environment in a modern software framework

Ensure that quality processes have been followed to deliver zero-defect code to the customer during site installation

Required

B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or Chemical) or related engineering field OR Associate Degree in Engineering Technology (Electrical, Computer, IT, or Electro-Mechanical) or a related engineering technology field or 1-3 years related and relevant experience in industrial automation

Strong written and oral communication skills

Curiosity and agility in problem solving when presented with a new challenge

Focus and tenacity when given a challenge to see it through

Goal oriented with the strong desire to learn new technologies and concepts

Industrial automation or control systems course work

Exposure to PLC/HMI programming

Experience with Agile Scrum development processes

Relevant prior industrial or internship experience

Strong written and oral communication skills

Curiosity for problem solving when presented with a new challenge

Goal oriented with the strong desire to learn new technologies and concepts

A valid driver's license
