Responsibilities
Drive strategic direction and execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Own and manage Adobe AEP, ensuring alignment with marketing tactics and digital marketing teams
Oversee the CDP technology solution, including steady-state support and enhancements
Collaborate with the Insights team to refine and optimize measurement processes
Implement and refine Adobe Products and marketing automation systems
Work with Marketing leadership to evolve data usage within the marketing function
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on a W2 basis
8+ years Proven experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP) or similar products
Strong understanding of customer profile segmentation and 360-degree customer views for analytical processing and decision-making
Experience in data architecture and data modeling, particularly in CDP, CRM, paid media, social, and offline data
Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms like Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Hands-on expertise in implementing and administering Adobe Experience Cloud Products and marketing automation technologies
Knowledge of identity resolution components and enabling technologies (e.g., profile merge rules, identity graph)
Experience with audience-based digital marketing strategy at an agency or brand
Proven track record of project management through a full lifecycle, with the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
Ability to translate business requirements into segmentation strategies and audience-building logic
