Mindlance is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant who is highly skilled in hands-on execution of digital marketing activities within an enterprise environment. This role focuses on building, testing, and deploying personalization and targeting activities using Adobe Target and related tools.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy Adobe Target activities in production environments
Execute personalization and offer targeting across public-facing digital properties
Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content fragments to serve dynamic content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital strategies and optimize CMS usage
Ensure activities align with enterprise standards and deliver measurable impact
Troubleshoot and customize content using HTML/CSS as needed
Maintain compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG) during execution

Qualification

Adobe TargetAdobe Experience Manager (AEM)HTML/CSSWeb accessibility standardsDigital marketing experiencePersonalization strategiesMarketing technologyEnterprise-scale implementations

Required

7+ years in Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related roles
Hands-on experience with Adobe Target (building and deploying activities, multi-variant testing)
Strong knowledge of AEM and CMS platforms for content delivery
Ability to read and interpret HTML/CSS for customization and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Adobe tools such as RTCDP, Target, AEM, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
Understanding of web accessibility standards and testing methodologies

Preferred

Experience in enterprise-scale marketing technology implementations
Background in regulated industries or large corporate environments
Familiarity with personalization strategies and emerging marketing technologies
