Responsibilities
Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach 1–2 Agile teams
Support SAP S/4HANA/SF workstreams in a scaled Agile environment
Manage backlogs, refinement, sprint planning, and dependency tracking
Coordinate with Product Owners, BAs, SI partners, SAP consultants
Support PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Agile metrics, and reporting
Use Jira/Confluence; familiarity with SAP Activate
Qualification
Required
5+ years as Scrum Master in enterprise Agile
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or major ERP systems
Strong Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery knowledge
Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience
Jira proficiency; strong facilitation & communication skills
