Responsibilities
Assemble cable harnesses per print, work instructions, and diagrams
Use hand tools to strip, crimp, solder, and terminate copper and coax wires
Follow IPC-A-610 and IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards (experience preferred)
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and assembly drawings
Conduct visual inspections to ensure workmanship quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualification
Required
High mechanical aptitude is required
Ability to use hand tools such as crimpers, strippers, and soldering tools
Ability to read and follow wiring prints and assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Must be able to read and write English
Preferred
1–2 years experience in cable harness assembly (preferred)
Experience with IPC-A-610 and IPC-WHMA-A-620 requirements (preferred)
