Saviance is seeking a UI Developer with a unique blend of design intuition and technical adaptability. This role focuses on redesigning legacy interfaces into modern user experiences, leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping and iteration.

Responsibilities
Redesign outdated legacy system interfaces with modern usability and accessibility principles while respecting architectural and technical constraints
Use AI-assisted tools (Figma AI, DALL·E, Midjourney, etc.) for rapid prototyping, wireframing, and visual exploration
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure visual consistency and technical feasibility within existing codebases and frameworks
Develop responsive and scalable design systems to accelerate modernization initiatives
Create transitional UX flows that support incremental modernization rather than complete rebuilds
Participate in rapid iteration cycles, incorporating user and stakeholder feedback in real time
Maintain strong alignment with business, product, and technology teams to ensure that modernization efforts meet both functional and visual goals
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in UI or UX design, preferably in modernization or transformation environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating before-and-after modernization projects or redesigns of legacy systems
Experience working with AI design tools (Figma AI, DALL·E, ChatGPT, or similar)
Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility, and usability testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Preferred
Fluent in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and familiar with AI-assisted design workflows
Experienced in designing responsive, accessible web applications for enterprise or SaaS platforms
Comfortable collaborating with developers and understanding technical realities of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
Passionate about AI-driven design acceleration, continuous learning, and exploring emerging tools
Pragmatic — focused on delivering value quickly and iteratively, rather than perfection
