Preparing construction plans and specifications
Preparing design computations and calculations
Coordinating with team members to complete projects
Coordinating with utility companies, permitting agencies, clients and team members
Preparing and reviewing storm drainage reports
Reviewing construction plans for technical and grammatical accuracy
Preparing accurate summaries of quantities and earthwork calculations
Estimating construction costs
Performing field investigations / observations
Construction administration services including local site visits to projects under construction
Completing related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Requires a civil engineering degree from an accredited university
2-10 years of engineering experience in land development
EIT or PE license required
