Teez Agency is seeking a highly organized, client-facing Project Manager to join their creative production and marketing team. The role involves managing multiple teams and client projects, overseeing production timelines, and ensuring smooth workflows from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end creative projects across photo, video, and digital campaigns
Serve as the main point of contact for clients — leading calls, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication
Build and manage project timelines, shot lists, production schedules, and deliverables
Coordinate internal teams (creative, production, editors, designers, social, etc.)
Oversee on-set production logistics including call sheets, schedules, and crew coordination
Track budgets, timelines, and project performance
Identify bottlenecks and solve problems before they become fires
Keep projects organized, on time, and on brand

Required

Extremely organized with strong attention to detail

Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable in fast-moving, ever-changing creative workflows
2 years of project management experience

Preferred

Experience working on photo or video productions
Production coordination or line production experience
Agency or studio experience
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Drive, etc
Experience managing freelancers, crews, and vendors
