The role involves end-to-end ownership of solution design, development, testing, and deployment in an Agile environment, particularly within health data systems and secure cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best architectural practices
Provide technical oversight across the SDLC, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering excellence and innovation within the team
Develop, code, and test software components using C#, ASP.NET (Web Forms/MVC/Core), and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React
Design and implement RESTful Web APIs for data integration and interoperability across internal and external systems, including health data systems
Leverage Microsoft Azure for cloud-based deployment, including the use of Azure App Services, Functions, SQL Databases, and storage solutions. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and release automation
Design, query, and optimize databases using SQL Server, ensuring data integrity, performance, and compliance with privacy/security regulations such as HIPAA
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups), contribute to story refinement, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software increments
Research emerging technologies, propose technical improvements, and contribute to the evolution of software engineering standards and frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
6+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery using Microsoft technologies
Proficiency in: ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, and .NET Core
Proficiency in: C# and Web API development
Proficiency in: Angular or React.js
Proficiency in: HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JSON
Proficiency in: Azure Cloud Services and DevOps pipelines
Proficiency in: SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, performance tuning)
Proficiency in: Docker and containerized deployments
Experience with health data systems, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.), or data privacy regulations (HIPAA)
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on technical leadership and cross-functional coordination
Preferred
Experience integrating with third-party health or case management systems
Familiarity with microservices architecture and API gateway frameworks
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
Certifications in Azure or .NET development are a plus
