Responsibilities
Perform a variety of research, reporting and statistical functions
Provide technical assistance and help resolve complex reporting issues
Evaluate current business processes and procedures
Recommend appropriate system enhancements or automation solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
Design documents and implement custom algorithms, workflow processes and large data sets used for modeling, data mining and research purposes
Qualification
Required
Possession of a bachelor's degree or accounting degree preferred
Extensive experience and working knowledge of computers, especially in data extract/reporting software
Expertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with data organization, data quality assessment, report provision and data profiling
One to four years of data analysis experience
Must have ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with staff and institutional administration
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
